Is the AI generally available, or in beta?
AI Email Co-Pilot is in production at Thynk customers today. Lead Qualification Index is on the near roadmap — the scoring framework is being released against real customer data. Deployments are scoped per venue and include success metrics on time-to-response, qualification accuracy and proposal-draft acceptance rates.
Where does my data go when AI processes inbound inquiries?
It stays inside the Salesforce EU region. The AI runs on Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce — both inherit Salesforce’s EU data residency, permission and audit framework. No data is shipped to external model providers outside that boundary.
Can we audit what the AI did?
Yes. Every prompt, every model response, and every action is logged to the Salesforce audit trail and visible in the booking activity timeline. Procurement and IT can review it at any time.
How does Lead Qualification Index actually work?
It scores every incoming lead on four weighted dimensions — Intent (is it real?), Fit (do we want it?), Impact (what is it worth?), and Relationship (do we know them?). Weights are calibrated against your historical data. The score is transparent: coordinators see exactly which signals contributed to the rating.
Does it work with our existing email and Cvent setup?
Yes. The intake ingests from Outlook, Microsoft 365, Cvent, web forms and Thynk Direct. The inquiry pipeline is the unified inbox — the AI triages whatever channel the RFP arrives on.
