Momentus has a CRM. Thynk is a CRM — Salesforce. Every interaction lives on the contact record. Sales activities, tasks, emails, LinkedIn messages, Outlook captures — all native, all unified, all retained for the life of the relationship.
Mo is a conversational AI built on top of an undisclosed platform foundation. Thynk is the institutional layer that any conversational AI — or non-conversational AI — can run safely on top of. You can plug any chatbot into Thynk. You cannot plug Thynk into Mo.

Momentus offers CAD-style room diagramming inside the platform. Thynk integrates with ShowCycle and Prismm — both excellent — but the diagramming is not embedded. For venues where booth-by-booth visual layout is the daily workflow, evaluate this carefully.
Momentus has been built since the 1980s. There are niche features — particularly around US-style bill-back logic and specific dock arrangements — that Momentus has and Thynk does not. We are honest about this and configure around it on a customer-by-customer basis.
Momentus has more deployments in APAC and the US. Thynk's footprint there is growing — Marina Bay Sands, Scottish Event Campus and Sodexo Live! are recent — but Europe is currently our centre of gravity.
