Yes. BEOs render from live Salesforce data on every view. There’s no ‘generate’ step. Change the booking — the BEO is current the next time it’s opened.
Can we see what changed since the BEO was sent?
Yes. The track-changes drawer shows field history with shortcuts (Today, Yesterday, Since sent). The version comparator gives a rich diff between any two dates.
How does sharing work?
Each BEO has a shareable URL. The recipient doesn’t need a Salesforce account. The URL always shows live data, with changes highlighted since the BEO was sent.
Can we customise the BEO template?
Yes. Compose templates from the 26 building blocks. Each venue, each event type, each operational team can have its own template. Brand colours, fonts, and logos baked in.
Does it export to PDF?
Yes. PDF export with a background graphics toggle and page-break markers for printable output. Most teams stop printing once they have live URLs.
How does it handle dietary alerts and allergens?
A dedicated Dietary Alerts block surfaces requirements with prominent colour-coded highlighting. Kitchen and F&B see the alerts without scrolling.
