The migration.

Three-phase migration: discovery and data scope, configure and migrate, cut over with hypercare. Clean data migrated via Salesforce Bulk API. Restructured data — products, pricing, exhibitor records — rebuilt against the Thynk model. Twenty years of historical BEOs archived with PDF + metadata index, retaining full audit history.
